As a Level II Reiki practitioner using the Usui Reiki System, Wren provides an open and safe space in order for her clients to experience reiki healing and all of its yummy benefits from a place of support in feeling safe to relax and let go. Wether your session be at a distance or in person, group, outdoor or in your home. During our sessions together, gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of your healthy energy (what's known in Reiki as Prana or Chi / life force energy) through the body is used to reduce your stress and promote better sleep, healing and clearing of the seven chakras where found to be needed on an individual level.
