I am Wren, a devoted yogi, energy alchemist,
and the voice behind The Sunroom Podcast.
Before I ever guided others through healing, I was my
first client. I sat with my own unraveling — meeting
the shadows, listening to the whispers of my soul,
and learning to transmute energy through
movement, stillness, and sacred touch.

Wren's Story
My journey into yoga and wellness began eight years ago while
working with Olympic-level jumping horses. During that time, I felt the
pull to explore yoga as a way to support my mental well-being
and release the energy that no longer served me.
What started as a way to find balance soon blossomed into a profound love
for yoga — my personal medicine. Yoga became a tool to not only navigate
through challenging times, but also to cultivate deeper joy, love, and
compassion within myself. Over time, it has helped me align with my
truest self and embrace the peace I’ve always sought.
MY JOURNEY NOT ONLY HELPED ME FIND PEACE DURING DIFFICULT TIMES, BUT IT ALSO DEEPENED MY CAPACITY FOR JOY, LOVE, AND COMPASSION.

Wren's offerings are a fusion of Reiki’s healing wisdom
and yoga’s sacred movement, guiding you into deeper connection with yourself and the unseen energies that support you.
Healing is not just a practice—it’s a way of being,
woven into how we breathe, move, and honor our spirit in daily life.
In our sessions, whether through Reiki or yoga, you’ll step into a warm, grounded space where energy shifts, the nervous system settles, and intuition awakens. My intention is to hold space for
your transformation, so you leave feeling lighter, more balanced,
and deeply attuned to your own sacred energy.
