Begin Within Review
I worked with Wren through her "Begin Within" series - 3 in-home Reiki sessions + Tarot. This was my first Reiki experience in several years. Not only did Wren bring her authentic self, but she seamlessly integrated into my space with me and my two pups. She always made sure to check in on how I was feeling/where I am in space and time, and followed up each session with an in-depth reflection of what came through during Reiki shared both immediately after and later by email. I could feel the deepening by our third session. Wren is an upbeat and positive soul and I felt comfortable having her in my home immediately. During the Reiki she played beautiful meditation music and provided guided breathwork and meditation as we entered and ended the sessions. She also provided tips of how to integrate the benefits of Reiki into daily life in little ways and I look forward to doing so. Thank you, Wren!
