Reiki
Calm the mind.
Embody your truth.
Reiki, as I practice it, is not passive relaxation.
It is recalibration.
Your nervous system softens.
Your energy clears.
Your body remembers its own intelligence.
I do not fix.
I translate.
Through intuitive energy work and precise presence,
I read what your system is communicating beneath
the surface — where you are overextended, where
you are guarded, where you are ready to shift.
Energy translation is the language of your body made clear.
This work blends traditional Reiki with direct insight and somatic awareness. Sessions are grounded, attuned, and intentional. You may experience emotional release, physical unwinding, sharp clarity, or a steadiness that wasn’t there before.
You don’t leave floating.
You leave aligned.
You leave with language.
You leave with choice.
This is sacred work.
Yet it is practical.
It is embodied.
It is yours.
